COVID-19 Testing: XpresCheck offers COVID-19 testing at Terminal 4. Schedule an appointment online or call 1-844-977-3725. COVID-19 Travel Advisory: The New York State Governor’s Office has issued several travel advisories for domestic and international air travel to and from NY. Travelers coming into NY must get tested within three days prior to landing in NY, quarantine for at least three days upon arrival, and get a test on day four of arrival. If travelers receive a negative test on day four of quarantine, they may exit quarantine. All travelers entering NY from a non-contiguous state or country designated as a CDC level 2 or 3 risk for COVID-19 must complete a New York State Traveler Health form upon arrival. Travelers who are making connections or were only out of NY for less than 24 hours, do not need to quarantine, but must get a test on day four of arrival back in NY.
