  • Lost Items in the Terminal at the TSA Security Checkpoint and U.S. Customs Areas

    Choose one or more of the following options to report a lost item.

    -Submit an online claim for a lost item at: lostandfoundjfk.com

    -Send an email to lost and found customer service at: [email protected]

    -Call lost and found customer service at: 561-408-0101 (Monday - Saturday: 9:00am -5:00pm EDT)

    For lost government issued passports or other VISA travel documents, please contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection at: 718- 487-5164 (Monday - Friday: 8:00am -5:00pm EDT)

  • Lost Baggage or Items on a Plane

    If you’ve lost baggage or left something behind on a plane, contact your airline directly.  Visit the airline directory for contact information.

JFKIAT Terminal 4 provides a lost and found service as a courtesy to our customers. JFKIAT is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended, lost, missing or stolen on terminal property.
