Jim Kissmer– Manager of Improvement and Innovation, JFKIAT
As the Manager of Improvement and Innovation at JFKIAT, Jim’s role at T4 is to enhance processes across the terminal. One of the ways he accomplishes this is through his service as Customer Service Rep at the Retail Help Desk by guiding passengers to their destination and answering any questions they may have. Even as passenger numbers have slowed during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jim’s role remains critical because T4 is committed to excellent customer experience even during times like this.
Jim says he loves his work at T4 because “I enjoy working with diverse groups of people to foster innovation and improve processes across the terminal.”
