Rafael Olszewski of Swissport Passenger Service

Back to Newsroom

As we continue to update the T4 community with important, available information regarding COVID-19, it is our goal to show appreciation for those who make up the T4 family. In our series entitled “Heroes of T4,” we’re highlighting the inspirational and heartwarming actions of employees who ensure the safety and security of all passengers and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the coming weeks, you can look out for more of these stories as we share them on our digital channels.

Rafael Olszewski– Duty Manager, Swissport

Through his role as Swissport Passenger Service Duty Manager, Rafal has called T4 his “second home” for 16 years. During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rafal supported the T4 community by “providing employees with masks, gloves and hand sanitizers and encouraging social distancing as much as possible.” Rafal says the management team provided constant updates on the crisis and considered the safety of staff and passengers a top priority.

Describing T4 as a unique place, Rafal says, “It’s been a pleasure to see how T4 works together to provide the best customer service. I am proud to be a part of this team.
