  • In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we at JFKIAT understand that our customers and employees are justifiably concerned about safety at T4. As the Operator of the terminal, JFKIAT is working with our partners to monitor the news around COVID-19 as well as any related travel restrictions and precautions for both our customers and employees at T4. With the help of the CDC and governing agencies, JFKIAT has ensured its staff and the T4 community are trained and prepared to help customers as well as their own colleagues to engage in safety precautions, help customers get what they need, and promote a safe and calm environment. The news and available information around COVID-19 is fluid and trends are changing quickly, but we are well positioned to manage this challenge and are taking the necessary measures to keep everyone in T4 safe and healthy.

Please note the demand for parking on the airport has increased significantly.

For customers who have not pre-booked a parking spot, a new summer peak “drive-up” parking surcharge goes into effect on July 15 to manage on-airport demand. Rates will not change for customers who pre-book.

Travelers are encouraged to pre-book parking 48 hours in advance to guarantee parking and avoid the surcharge. To pre-book parking please head to the JFK Airport Website under the “Book Parking & Parking Availability” section.
